ATP: After elbow surgery: Djokovic trains again

Novak Djokovic has taken his first rehabilitation measures after surgery on the right elbow.

From the operating table to the gym – Novak Djokovic apparently wants to get back on the court as soon as possible. The former world number one had only confirmed a “small medical intervention on the elbow” on Friday. However, the Serbian can’t be stopped from training for long, as he documents with a video on Instagram.

After a six-month break, Djokovic had been eliminated from the Melbourne Grand Slam in the last 16 against South Korea’s Hyeon Chung and was apparently not in full possession of his forces. The pain would have accompanied him for two years now, the twelve-time Major Champion said he hoped to be “on a good path to full recovery”. However, it was a “long journey.”

When he returns to the tour, the “Djoker” left open. “I’m happy to share my progress in rehab with you.”
