US ski star Lindsey Vonn seems to be lonely despite the numerous athletes in the Olympic village. The 33-year-old girl, who has been single again for several months, was looking for a date for Valentine’s Day via Twitter.

“So it’s Valentine’s Day. I totally forgot because I’m at the Olympics and I’m single. Is there anyone out there who wants to be my valentine’s date? It’s worth a try,”says Vonn.

Of course, the speed queen got numerous answers to her question and interacted with the users. However, the dream prince didn’t seem to be there, because only a few hours later she posted the following on Instagram.

“Not much is happening right now, so I don’t have “cool olympic pictures” like many of you wanted. But I train hard and in two days I can finally race. I hope you all have a great Valentine’s Day, I’ve been looking for a date on Twitter, but I haven’t found anyone, so Lucy (her dog, note) will have to step in.”
