Handball: Muscle fibre tear in the thigh: forced break for Kieler Weinhold

National player Steffen Weinhold (31) will be missing the German record champion THW Kiel for two to three weeks.

In the Champions League game against KS Vive Kielce (29:30) the backroom player suffered a muscle fibre tear in the left back thigh.

This was announced by THW after an MRI examination on Monday. Kiel is currently in sixth place in the table.
