Laura Siegmund is back on the tennis court after a ten-month injury break and is about to make her comeback on the professional tour.

On Twitter, the German shared a video in which she finally swings the tennis racket again on a clay court and wrote underneath it:”I am happy to finally be able to slide again”.
In the past few weeks, pictures from the gymnasium and rehabilitation have repeatedly seeped to the surface, and Siegemund kept its fans up to date with videos on the social channels.
On the 12th. March will see the start of an ITF tournament in Italy, where Siegemund will give her coemback.
On the WTA tour, the 30-year-old is expected to return to Charleston in the USA and slowly approach her previous year’s form.
Before the severe injury, Siegemund played her best tennis and celebrated an acclaimed tournament victory at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart.
