NFL: Fix!

It’s done: Kirk Cousins is officially the new quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings. Cousins’ consultant confirmed his client’s signature under a three-year contract in Minnesota.

According to consistent reports, this is the already anticipated historic contract: Cousins signs with the Vikings for three years and 84 million dollars – which are fully guaranteed. Never before has there been such a contract in the NFL.

Cousins had already met the team leaders for dinner on Wednesday evening, after which he visited the new Vikings training facilities on Thursday. This was followed by the signature.

And the quarterback may not be the only prominent addition to the free agency week in Minnesota: The Vikings are negotiating in parallel with ex-Seahawks defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson, who may be able to reinforce the already outstandingly cast Vikes defense.
