ITF-Round-up: Tenant with double title in Egypt

Lucas Miedler has won the ITF-Future in Sharm El Sheikh/Egypt in doubles.

Miedler won 6:0, 6:2 over the Czech-Brazilian duo Petr Hajek/Igor Marcondes at the side of Ukrainian Vladyslav Manafov, thus both of them lived up to their favourite position as number one seeded team. It was the first double title of the year for tenants, already the 27th in total. on the ITF tour.

In the singles, however, it was not enough for his third title of the year. Miedler entered the tournament in fourth place, but lost to Czech Jaroslav Pospisil in the semi-final 4:6, 4:6.
