ATP: Marach and Pavic in Monte Carlo in final against Bryans

Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic reached the final at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Monte Carlo (live on SKY on Sunday). There they meet Bob and Mike Bryan.

Next chance for a big title for Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic: After their successes in Doha, Auckland and above all at the Australian Open, the Styrian and his Croatian partner have now also reached the final in Monte Carlo. Marach/Pavic defeated Rohan Bopanna and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 7-6 (4), 4-6 and 10-7 in the semi-finals.

In the final, there will be a clash with the Bryan brothers, who have recently achieved the 37th success at Masters level in Miami. Bob and Mike Bryan defeated Fabio Fognini and Simone Bollelli in the semi-finals in the match tie break.

The two most successful couples of the 2018 season are thus playing for the title in the Principality: Marach/Pavic lead the Doubles Race to London and will retain this lead regardless of the outcome of the game. The Bryans follow in second place.
