French Open: Sloane Stephens makes US semi-final perfect

Sloane Stephens has continued her triumphal march at the French Open 2018: The American defeated Daria Kasatkina in the quarter-finals 6:3 and 6:1.

In Roland Garros’ semi-final, the women’s US Open final of last year will be repeated: Sloane Stephens, who won her first major title in New York in 2017, will face Madison Keys.

Stephens had slight problems with Daria Kasatkina in the first set, but still won 6:3. The second run was easy for the American, who was seeded in tenth place, and after 70 minutes she was happy about her best result in Paris. Stephens was very patient and chose the right moments for their attacks.

Sloane Stephens gets on very well with Madison Keys. In the final of the US Open she had no pity for her girlfriend. Keys only won four games.
