Jurij Rodionov has entered the second round of the ATP Challenger tournament in Kaohsiung. Maximilian Neuchrist, on the other hand, retired.

Rodionov defeated the eighth seeded Indian in the $150,000 Challenger after 1:45 hours, 6:3, 5:7 and 6:3, beating Chun Hsin Tseng, who has already won two Grand Slam tournaments this year, in round two.
