ATP: Semifinal finish for Marach/Pavic in Shanghai

Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic missed the final of the Masters 1000cc tournament in Shanghai.

The Austrian-Croatian pair lost the semi-final to Marcelo Melo and Lukazs Kubot 2:6, 5:7. The Brazilian-Czech duo will face Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares on Sunday.

At the beginning of the second set, Melo managed the point of the match with a volley tweener.

Melo and Kubot have qualified as the fourth pairing for the ATP Finals in London. Also sure to be there: Marach and Pavic (leading the race), Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah as well as Murray and Soares.
