WTA: Agnieszka Radwanska announces resignation

Agniezska Radwanska has finished her career. the former number two of the world announced this in the social media.

Agnieszka Radwanska has won 20 titles during her 13-year professional career, including the WTA final in Singapore. However, the Polish player probably celebrated her greatest success in Wimbledon, where she reached the final in 2012. There, however, the Polish rider lost to Serena Williams in three sets.

It wasn’t an easy decision, she was very grateful for the experiences on the WTA tour, Radwanska explained. Unfortunately, however, she is no longer able to train and play in the way that is necessary for the highest professional level.

Novak Djokovic, who spoke in London about Radwanskas resignation, wished his now former colleague all the best. He is surprised by the decision, Radwanska will remember as a very special player who has celebrated great successes with her own means.
