ATP Finals: Herbert/Mahut fix double semifinals, Marach/Pavic are out

Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut have secured their last free double place at the ATP Finals. They beat Mike Bryan and Jack Sock that night.

In the last double match of the group stage, the French duo have fixed their entry into the semi-finals of the ATP Finals in London. Herbert/Mahut defeated the already qualified Mike Bryan and Jack Sock with 6:2, 6:2.

Herbert and Mahut are the first in the group to enter the preliminary round, followed by Bryan and Sock. Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic had lost against Lukasz Kubot/Bruno Soares in the afternoon and only had a mathematical chance to get ahead.

In the semi-finals Herbert and Mahut will face Juan Sebastian Cabal/Robert Farah and Jamie Murray/Bruno Soares against Bryan and Sock.
