ATP: Argentina looks forward to the coaches from Rafael Nadal’s Academy

Mariano Zabaleta is the vice-president of the national federation and takes care of the young Argentine tennis players. A cooperation with the Rafa Nadal Academy is intended to promote young talent.

And off you go: In the coming days the Argentine tennis scene will be really mixed up. The reason for this is the visit of some coaches of the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. The great champion saves himself the trip to South America, Nadal is already preparing for the new season, which begins for the 17-time Major winner with a performance at a show match in Abu Dhabi.

which does not detract from the anticipation of Mariano Zabaleta, a former professional himself and now Vice President of the Argentinian Tennis Federation.

“First of all, we are very proud that our association has entered into a cooperation with Rafa Nadal Acandemy,” said Zabaleta. “We can learn a lot from our guests and exchange experiences with them.” The training sessions, which are primarily intended to benefit young tennis players, each last 90 minutes.

“We will use this collaboration to benefit the entire Argentine tennis community, which has been our goal from the beginning.” Combining forces with one of the best academies is thus an investment in the future of sport.
