“We know them abroad, now they can meet us at home,”says Koubek.In Minsk they had to play on Hardcourt,”now we are going to consult with the players and ÖTV managing director Thomas Schweda in the coming days.We will choose carefully the place and the ground on which we can beat the Belarusians.With the home advantage, we can overcome this hurdle:” If we win, the team would have to finish from 6.till 8.I won’t get involved with the second opponent until we have won against the first,”says Koubek.
Thomas Schweda is looking forward to a reunion with the Belarusians:”Clearly there would have been more attractive names, but we will be raising a similar tennis festival to the one in Wels and marketing our team in the best possible way,” says the ÖTV Managing Director.The relegation will take place from 14.till 16.September.
