Handball: EHF-Cup: Magdeburg also beats Bjerringbro-Silkeborg

Handball Bundesliga club SC Magdeburg has also won its second match in the group stage of the EHF Cup.

Bennet Wiegert’s team defeated Bjerringbro-Silkeborg from Denmark 33-26 (15-12) and now lead Group A with four points. The best thrower of the Magdeburg team was Matthias Musche with seven goals.

In the first match, the Bundesliga’s seventh place in the standings was won by SKA Minsk with 33:31 on Saturday. The next opponent of the Elbe townspeople is on 24. February (Saturday) Tatran Presov from Slovakia.
