ATP: Maden and Bachinger continue: German quarter-final in Metz

Lucky Loser Yannick Maden (Stuttgart) and qualifier Matthias Bachinger (Munich) will play against each other in the quarter-finals of the ATP tournament in Metz on Friday.

The 28-year-old Maden, who had moved into the main draw for Philipp Kohlschreiber (Augsburg), won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 against the French Davis Cup finalist Benoit Paire, while Bachinger beat his compatriot Gregoire Barrere 6-0, 6-3 in the evening.
