Boris Becker has a “very good feeling” when he thinks of the cooperation between Wimbledon winner Angelique Kerber and her new coach Rainer Schüttler.

“Rainer is a top man, I’ve always wondered why he wasn’t approached by a player much earlier,” said the three-time Wimbledon winner to SID: “He brings all the qualities of a top coach.

The 42-year-old shaker is “absolutely flawless” in both human and professional terms, said Becker: “In terms of mentality and character, he and Angie Kerber are a perfect match.
