Fed Cup: Antonia Lottner nominated for the first time

After the rejections of top players Angelique Kerber (Kiel) and Julia Görges (Bad Oldesloe) Antonia Lottner (Düsseldorf) has been nominated for the German Fed Cup team for the first time.

As the German Tennis Association (DTB) announced on Friday, the 21-year-old completes the line-up for the first-round game at last year’s finalist Belarus in Minsk (10/11). February).

The new team boss Jens Gerlach also relies on Tatjana Maria (Bad Salgau), Anna-Lena Grönefeld (Nordhorn) and Anna-Lena Friedsam (Neuwied) for his debut. In addition to Kerber and Görges, who had already cancelled early, Carina Witthöft (Hamburg) is not available for the DTB selection due to illness.
