ATP/WTA: Alexander Zverev and Angelique Kerber play at the Hopman Cup

Alexander Zverev will start his third consecutive season at the Hopman Cup in Perth.His partner will be Angelique Kerber in 2018.

Are all good things three for Alexander Zverev?The 20-year-old German will start his season next year at the Hopman Cup in Perth as he did in 2016 and 2017.Zverev played alongside Sabine Lisicki in 2016, this year with Andrea Petkovic, and in 2018 his partner Angelique Kerber.The Australian daily The West reports.

In addition to Zverev and Kerber, the Australian team was confirmed for the unofficial Mixed World Championship.Daria Gavrilova, who won the Hopman Cup with Niyk Kyrgios in 2016, will be chasing the title next year with Thanasi Kokkinakis.The Swiss duo Belinda Bencic and Roger Federer were the first team to be presented at the end of June.Germany won the Hopman Cup twice (1993: Steffi Graf and Michael Stich, 1995: Anke Huber and Boris Becker).Zverev won this year’s Hopman Cup against Roger Federer 7-6 (7-1), 6-7 (4-7), 7-6 (7-4).
