After four years together Fernando Verdasco gave his Ana the “yes” word. The 34-year-old Spaniard celebrated his wedding with more than 50 guests in a luxury resort on the Antilles.

The best comes to the end! From a sporting point of view, 2017 was a small step forward for Fernando Verdasco, but privately it was a quantum leap. The former womanizer has settled down.

Formerly known for various love affairs, among others with the ex-colleagues Ana Ivanovic and Gisela Dulko, Verdasco has now given the promise to his longtime girlfriend Ana Boyer.

The pleasing results of the past season show that love’s happiness can also be transferred positively to the tennis court. Final Dubai and three semi-finals on a 250cc level were the basis for a place among the top 40. The city of love was also a good place for Verdasco: 180 ranking points each in Roland Garros and Paris-Bercy make the final score formidable.
