Australian Open: Francesca Schiavone knows no end

A year ago, she announced her early resignation, then came the resignation from her position – Francesca Schiavone meanwhile does not want to commit herself any more.

Generally speaking, the 37-year-old still seems to enjoy her profession if it weren’t for the travel industry:”If I could eliminate one thing, it would be airports. I’d like to have a private jet, so I wouldn’t have to stand in line or carry a suitcase around,”she said.

Whether the setting of Schiavone also provides for a turnaround in a countrywoman? Wait and see. Roberta Vinci announced at the end of last year that she wanted to play her last tournament in Rome in spring.
