In particular, the five-set win against young American Mackenzie McDonald, who proved to be a sensation in his underdog role, confirmed the will of the reigning final winner.

In the duel with Dimitrov, the serve will be decisive. From the baseline, both players present themselves constantly and act at full speed. Even from a physical point of view, Kyrgios and Dimitrov are at eye level. Advantages on the part of Kyrgios can be found in the nonchalance and coolness – Dimitrov scores points in terms of endurance and variation in the hit repertoire.
