Sky broadcasts daily from 12:15 pm on five channels in best HD quality (Sky Sport 1 HD to 5) and gives you a real treat right at the beginning. The opening match of defending champion and world number one Roger Federer can be watched live on free TV on Sky Sport News HD and on skysport.de from 1:50 pm on July 2, 2018.
The matches on the Center Court will be broadcast every day on Sky Sport HD 1.

Sky will broadcast over 350 hours of the finest lawn tennis from Wimbledon. In addition to the live programme, this also includes the highlight show. At 10 p.m. the daily show “London Calling – the Highlights” will once again summarize the best of the tournament day. So you won’t miss an important decision in the fight for the third Grand Slam of the year.

Dominic Thiem starts against Marcos Baghdatis, Alexander Zverev has to deal with the Australian James Duckworth. Also in the first round are Dennis Novak, another Austrian and seven other German players.
Altogether seven German ladies are in the main field of Wimbledon. Mona Barthel and Antonia Lottner made their way through the qualification. There is no Austrian player at the start.
