Tennis: Austrian Tennis Federation presents “Next Generation” funding project

Under the motto “Children for Tennis”, the ÖTV’s “Next Generation” project has set itself the big goal of getting as many children and young people as possible interested in tennis in Austria. In order to achieve this, a large number of children and youth projects (e.g. the ProKids program or the ROG Cup), which is intended to bring the joy of tennis to the youngsters.

From the wide range of players, the top aces are scouted and intensively supervised on their way to becoming tennis pros. In the women’s performance centre in Linz and in the men’s performance centre in Südstadt, ÖTV offers young talents optimal conditions for their sporting and personal support and development.

Under the guidance of top trainers Günter Bresnik and Jürgen Waber, work is carried out here at the highest professional level and environment. In addition to sport motor tests, nutritional advice, physiotherapeutic examinations and holistic sport psychological support, the offer also includes optimal tournament support at home and abroad.
