After her opening match yesterday Angelique Kerber has a breather today. Instead, the four Group 2 rivals will battle it out for a place in the semi-finals: Caroline Wozniacki will face Petra Kvitova, followed by Elina Svitolina and Karolina Pliskova.

Caroline Wozniacki lost against Karolina Pliskova, Elina Svitolina won against Petra Kvitova. The two losers and winners will meet today.
