WWE: Confirmed: Undertaker not retired
The undertaker is still active in the WWE. This was confirmed by the organisation and thus contradicted the latest rumours of his defeat against Roman Reign at Wrestlemania.
Since April 2017, the Undertaker has not been seen on stage. Mark Calaway, however, has not yet retired, according to his middle-class name. WWE announced for the 22. January in New York, the Dead Man will be performing in New York.
On the 25th. On RAW’s 50th birthday, the Undertaker will be on display, as will ex-wrestler Shawn Michaels, who is also adorning the event’s poster. At Wrestlemania 33, The Undertaker had left Mantel and Hut symbolically in the ring after the second defeat at the organisation’s biggest event.
Many fans had rated this as a sign of his resignation. Calaway has been experiencing health problems lately, as he has been active as a wrestler since 1984. At the age of 52, however, his career is coming to an end, and in recent years he had been active as a part-time wrestler at most.
