Alpine Skiing: Injury Drama about Olympic Champion

Ski downhill world champion Ilka Stuhec suffered a torn cruciate ligament in her left knee during training in the Pitztal.

This was reported by the Slovenian press agency STA on Sunday:”Unfortunately, this was one of the last starts for a few months,”the 26-year-old wrote on Twitter. Stuhec is threatening to drop out for the entire season, which culminates in the Olympic Games in Pyeongchang in February.
