Basketball: EuroCup: Alba despite defeat in the intermediate round

The former serial basketball champion Alba Berlin also lost the second comparison with Kuban Krasnodar locomotive in the EuroCup, but still qualified ahead of time for the second group stage of the best 16 teams. The Bundesliga runners-up was defeated by ex-coach Sasa Obradovic’s team Sasa Obradovic 84:89 (42:47), but with five victories and two defeats, the runners-up in Group C remain behind the unbeaten Russians.
