DEL: Polar bears claim top spot – eagle with stewart still pointless

The Polar Bears Berlin have maintained their lead at the top of the DEL. On the 30th. The team of former national coach Uwe Krupp won 4-1 at Adler Mannheim and is still three points ahead of champions Red Bull Munich, who won 5-1 at the Iserlohn Roosters.
Berlin ensured that after two games under their new coach Bill Stewart, the eagles remained without a point.
Chad Kolarik put Mannheim in the lead, then the polar bears set off. Jamison MacQueen, Louis-Marc Aubry, Martin Buchwieser and Constantin Braun ensured a clear victory.
In Iserlohn, five different players for Munich met: the international players Frank Mauer and Patrick Hager as well as Mads Christensen, Jonathan Matsumoto and Keith Aucoin.
