BBL: Media: Bauermann leaves Würzburg in summer

According to media reports, coach Dirk Bauermann will leave the basketball Bundesliga team s.Oliver Würzburg this summer. The former national coach is said to have already signed a dissolution contract. The Bundesliga team did not want to comment on the rumour when asked by SID.

The 57-year-old builder held the chief position in Würzburg on 31 March. December 2016.

The team is currently fighting for qualification for the play-offs in the Bundesliga. After the defeat against ratiopharm Ulm (74:91) on Saturday, the Würzburg team is in tenth place.
