Extreme Rules 2018 takes place on the night from Sunday (15 July) to Monday (16 July). The venue is the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.

In Germany, the WWE Extreme Rules event is not broadcast on free TV. In Germany, the pay-TV station Sky has the broadcasting rights and shows the fights with German commentary. Subscribers can also watch the live streaming service Sky Go. The pre-reporting starts on Monday (16 July) at 0.10 a.m.
