Alpine Skiing: Lindsey Vonn wins downhill in Aare, Sophia Goggia wins the crystal ball

Lindsey Vonn won the last race of the season at the World Cup finals in Aare, ahead of Sofia Goggia and won her 82nd place. World Cup victory celebrated.

For the perfect result, the US-American lacked a runner who would have slipped between her and the Italian. For example, the World Cup ball went three points to Olympic champion Goggia for the downhill competition. Best female ÖSV runner was Nicole Schmidhofer as 9th.
