WWE: Hell in a Cell: Kill, Owens, Kill!

The focus of SmackDown’s exclusive pay-per-view Hell in a Cell at the Little Caesar’s Arena in Detroit, Michigan, will be on the clash between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon on Sunday night. In the second cell-match of the evening, the New Day has to defend the SmackDown-Tag Team Championships against The Usos.Furthermore, WWE champion Jinder Mahal will face Shinsuke Nakamura.

AbraKagawa: Because I won’t think of much to say about this match anyway: Where the hell are Breezango? You bring a team over with the fans to let them rot?During the hype bros get showtime? And that brings us to this match and you might have guessed that I don’t care.Gable and Benjamin have all the potential of this planet. Two incredible wrestlers whose teacher and student storyline should write themselves; but no, they’re part of the story about Ryder and Mojo.Heel-Turn?Separation?Who cares?I hope our fashion cops crack the hype bros for stealing their well-earned TV time and think they have the brains to give Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin the victory.Or do you think we’re gonna have to do this thing to each other any longer?

Kneisel: Relax, you’ll get your (absolutely great) Fashion Police yes!But probably only in the form of the comeback of fashion files.Unfortunately, I have to agree with your assessment of this approach: Chad & Shelton are, like American Alpha before, basically a day team with gigantic potential, but somebody on the higher floors must hate Gable.Alpha vs.Revival at NXT was one of the greatest tag team fights ever, but in the Main Roster you just can’t get it right, or rather, you can’t get it right.doesn’t want to.I am quite willing to give the supposed Heel Turn of the Hype Bros. a chance to give, because something has to change urgently.I assume that the Hype Bros. will win a dirty victory here.

Kneisel: GLORIOUS….Roodes Main Roster-Run hasn’t exactly been a run so far.Admittedly, he’s just getting started, but unfortunately it seems like the “creatives” don’t really have a plan for what to do with the ex-NXT champ.Shouldn’t this supposedly be a thing of the past and call ups only happen if you have concrete plans for people? And why is Bobby even Face, even though we experienced him as a top-heel at NXT?I assume that the entrances will be the absolute highlight of this match – Roodes is always a party and Dolph will come up with something.I expect from the match, although both of them can do quite a bit, unfortunately for reasons of time I expect less.In the end, of course, Bobby Roode will be the winner. Are you expecting a party?

AbraKagawa: A party not necessarily, but a very solid match! The logic behind Roodes Booking leaves a lot to be desired. The best heel NXT has had in a long time and then he makes his debut as Face.Like you said, why not call ups only when they make sense? The talent and potential of the Glorious One is undisputed. With Ziggler, I have no idea where you’re going. But somehow his new gimmick entertains me.He pulls heat quite reliably and the promos from the showoff were also quite bad.But in the end, Bobby Roode will of course win the Glorious DDT.And then please start again with both of them!

AbraKagawa: Yes, tell me, do you want to save Rusev now?Somehow the Bulgarian has survived the Summer Slam debacle and has become a relatively typical but sovereign heel of the blue fire. The problem is that Orton just keeps getting all boring.Randy has always had the huge problem that you could see him when he didn’t want to.Ask Jinder Mahal, whose title push has already suffered and this story also suffers from it.But since Randy Orton will probably always be a favourite of the so-called Creative Team, he will win this time again and win this feud.Or does Handsome RuRu have a chance here?

Kneisel: RuRu is for me a similar case to Bray Wyatt: he has the potential to be a strong heel that is good for some runs as a transition world champ.Unfortunately, the WWE obviously sees it differently with him and so whenever he is not beaten as a strong US champ, he is presented in a catastrophic way.His booking since the squash at SummerSlam lets us hope, as you mentioned before. But I can’t imagine Randy Orton seriously having to lie down for him again. After his victory, the Viper has time to cry out about his face role in podcasts and complain about Kevin Owens’ stature.Maybe he should ask himself whether it’s not his accomplishments that have earned him the great current program.
