Golf: Heisele with best European Tour result

Sebastian Heisele has scored his best European Tour result at the tournament in Spijk, the Netherlands.The Munich rider finished the par-71 course on Sunday after four rounds with a total of 271 strokes and finished third.

At the Portugal Open in May he had achieved his best result so far with fourth place.For the 29-year-old, it is the first season on the European tour.

Maximilian Kieffer (Düsseldorf) needed 277 strokes and finished the tournament in 25th place, Florian Fritsch (Munich) dropped to 48th place after a 71 in the fourth round.

The winner was Romain Wattel with 269 strokes.For the Frenchman it was his first victory on the Tour.
