NBA: Thompson:”Will Sixth Man of the Year”

The Cleveland Cavaliers may see a change in the lineup this season.Kevin Love is supposed to start for Tristan Thompson on Center.No problem for TT.Instead, he wants to target the award of the Sixth Man of the Year.

“I’ll try to win the Sixth Man of the Year award,”Thompson told ESPN,”I’ll give it all and play hard.When you come from the bank, you have to set yourself small goals,”the Big explained further.

“With the good second unit we have and the energy I bring, I think I’m in a good position, especially if we win a lot of games,” but the 26-year-old doesn’t hold a grudge against his coach Ty Lue,”it’s okay.I understood his views and realized that it was a difficult decision for him too.I told him he didn’t have to worry about me.”

Thompson also played altruistically as a starter and placed everything under the team’s success.I understand that at the end of the day it’s all about winning, and when we do that, we all look good.”

What is important for Thompson, however, is that he gets his minutes in the fourth quarter.At the same time, Thompson had already been off the bench some time ago – in the 2016 playoffs,”I hope that history will be repeated.The last time I was a reserve player, we celebrated the title in June.I’d take that again.”
