The Seattle Seahawks are still looking for possible reinforcements for the offensive line – and are presumably willing to make a big name for it: Tight End Jimmy Graham is said to be a trade candidate.

This is reported by NFL network insider Ian Rapoport. Graham would be a potential trade candidate to gain salary scopes for a possible new offensive tackle. According to Rapoport, Seattle has already held trade talks with a focus on Graham.

This is not primarily a statement about the opinion of the team bosses about Graham, but rather an urgent desire to do something for the line. Here, Seattle once again has major weaknesses, while Graham has been able to improve recently, but currently stands at only 9.6 yards per catch – a personal career low.

In addition, Seattle is said to have contemplated Duane Brown of all people from the Houston Texans – the opponent on Sunday. Brown has been in the holdout so far and has now returned to the team, but not just since team owner Bob McNair’s recent statements in Houston. The Seahawks had also invited former Dolphin’s tackle Branden Albert for a trial training session.

Graham is charging the cap with ten million dollars this season, it’s his last contract year.
