NBA: Carter wishes for Jersey retirement in Toronto
Vince Carter made a boom in Canada during his Toronto Raptors time. But the end was anything but praiseworthy. Nevertheless, Vinsanity hopes that his jersey will be moved into the Air Canada Centre’s hall at the end of his career.
