NFL: Indianapolis Colts dismisses Chuck Pagano
The end of the Regular Season means in the NFL year after year: clear cutting in several teams! Also the 2017 season is no exception, after Ben McAdoo’s already fixed dismissal, it is now clear: Chuck Pagano is out of the Colts.
This is reported by several media, including NFL network insider Ian Rapoport. The team confirmed the move a little later. Pagano was considered by all the head coaches who wobbled as the most likely candidate for dismissal.
Obviously, he said goodbye to his team after his victory over the Houston Texans at the end of the regular season. The 4-12 season is the worst season for Indy under Pagano, the Colts had played the entire season without their injured quarterback Andrew Luck.
Pagano’s time in Indianapolis ended with 53 victories and 43 defeats, as well as his entry into the AFC Championship Game 2014 as the sporting highlight. In 2015 and 2016, the Colts had already left the post-season, with Luck struggling with injuries in both seasons.
