Olympia 2018: Strong wind!

Due to the strong wind and the bad forecast for the day, the downhill run of the alpine ski men on Sunday in Jeongseon was cancelled early in the morning (local time).

The jury will discuss the schedule for the next few days in the coming hours. The last downhill training for the combination scheduled for Monday is already cancelled.

Already five hours before the race the teams had been informed that due to the weather conditions the gondola was not in operation and the track was closed to all. The athletes had been asked to stay in the hotel. This is located directly at the foot of the Alpine Center.
