NFL: Buffalo Bills: A. J.
The Buffalo Bills must have found their quarterback for the new season. At least for the start. A.J. McCarron has signed a two-year contract with the Free Agency.
On Wednesday, the Bills announced that McCarron has signed a two-year $16.5 million contract, $10 million of which is guaranteed.
McCarron was appointed after four years in as a backup of Andy Dalton at the Cincinnati Bengals Free Agent. He seemed to be holding a good hand, as there were some teams looking for a quarterback. But after Kirk Cousins, Tyrod Taylor, Case Keenum and Josh McCown found their new team ahead of him, McCarron went empty-handed for the time being. He was the last of the highly traded quarterback candidates to complete the contract in Buffalo.
The 27-year-old has just started his career in four games. In these games, he scored a completion percentage of 64.7 percent for 920 yards, celebrating 6 touchdowns.
