Boxing: Floyd Mayweather faces second fight against Conor McGregor: UFC training begins
A second fight between Mayweather and McGregor seems to be approaching. The former boxer has apparently now entered MMA training.
The sums of money would have to be right, then a second fight against McGregor would be possible: Mayweather caused a sensation in an interview with TMZ. Apparently the former boxer is ready to play McGregor again.
After a few last denials, however, Mayweather now seems to have prepared himself for the second fight to take place not in the boxing ring but in the octagon: “We write back and forth and have spoken several times. That’s why we’re starting training now.”
“I can wrestle and that’s not so bad. On a scale of one to ten, I would probably be on a seven,” Mayweather showed himself confident as usual. To make the seven an even higher number, he wants to train with Woodley.
The Welterweight Champion will also improve Mayweather’s kickboxing: “That may be a four at the moment. We need to work on the right things and take them to the next level. We will make it happen.”
