MLB: Judge beats two home runs against the Baltimore Orioles
Aaron Judge seems to find his form so slowly. In his New York Yankees’ jumping practice game against the Baltimore Orioles (9:4 Yankees) he played the full nine innings and hit two home runs.
At George M. Steinbrenner Field from Tampa/Florida was Judge 2-3 with 4 runs and 2 walks (4 RBI). He beat his home runs in the fourth and eighth innings and played the whole game as a designated hitter.
Team mate Giancarlo Stanton took the position in the right field and was 1-4 with a walk and a run.
For Judge, it was the first game of the year in which he went over the full distance. By the end of last year he had undergone shoulder surgery and recently admitted that he would probably only be back at 100 percent by the start of the season.
In this jump training, Judge has three home runs and an OPS of 1,020 after the game.
