NFL: After arrest warrant: Michael Bennett turns himself in.

Michael Bennett of NFL champion Philadelphia Eagles, wanted for arrest, has surrendered. On Monday, the 32-year-old appeared before a judge in Houston, Texas, but was not arrested. Bennett is allowed to return to his home in Hawaii, the deposit is 10,000 dollars (about 8,000 euros).

The Defensive End, NFL Champion 2014, is said to have illegally gained access to the field after the Super Bowl 2017 in Houston and to have pushed a paraplegic security guard aside. The 66-year-old suffered a shoulder injury.

Bennett was a spectator at the Super Bowl LI last year and after the final he wanted to celebrate with his brother Martellus from the New England Patriots who had triumphed over the Atlanta Falcons.

Michael Bennett, who was last handed over by the Seattle Seahawks to Master Philadelphia, did not let the security stop him.
