MLB: Big Sexy gets cake in his face for his birthday

Bartolo Colon celebrated his 45th birthday on Thursday. The pitcher, known as “Big Sexy”, got a cake from his Texas Rangers teammates – but it ended up in the jubilarian’s face.

The right-handed person is now a cult in the MLB. He is not only the oldest active player, but also stands out for his distinctly unathletic figure. Nevertheless, he still knows how to convince on the mound.

On Thursday Colon was surprised by his team mates in the cabin with a cake. The baked goods stood on a towel on a table tennis table. Colon bent down and two colleagues pressed his head into the cake.

Before the cake action Colon even got a very warm version of “Happy Birthday” sung, which caused great joy in the cabin.
