The Green Bay Packers had a disappointing season – with Aaron Rodgers back on his feet, everything is set to change in 2018. But NFC North has strong competition: Minnesota Vikings will be defending their title with Kirk Cousins, the Detroit Lions are finally taking the next step with a new coach, and the Chicago Bears could be next season’s surprise team. In the new episode of Down, Set, Talk! Podcasts are the detailed analysis of the NFC North.

SPOX NFL editor Adrian Franke and presenter Christoph Kröger have jointly developed the Down, Set, Talk! Podcast founded. The focus will be on weekly analyses and tactical backgrounds as well as current events and fantasy football.

The podcast started right on time for the draft, in addition to the preliminary coverage, the archive already contains the analysis of the complete first round directly after day 1 of the draft as well as rounds 2-7.

In the new issue, the Offseason Division series continues: Each individual division is examined in detail, additions and disposals, the draft and the outlook are discussed. Let’s go with NFC North!

With Kirk Cousins as the free agency firecracker, the next step is now to be taken. But can Minnesota’s offense keep up with the outstanding defense?

After all, the division behind it is brilliantly occupied. The Packers want to take the lead again with Aaron Rodgers and a new offensive and defense coordinator, and the Lions also want to take the next step.

And the Bears? Chicago could claim the best draft of all 32 teams. With a new head coach, new offensive coordinator and a completely renovated arsenal of weapons, those in charge in Windy City hope that Mitch Trubisky will make a good leap forward. The Bears could be another one or two steps away from the playoffs due to the strong division. However, the new offense in combination with the strong defense is more than promising.
