MLB: MLB World Series: mode, participants, records and where the finals will take place in the livestream
The World Series is the final series of every MLB season. In the 2018 season, the Boston Red Sox will face Los Angeles Dodgers, who are looking to do better this time after their bankruptcy last year against Houston Astros. The World Series traditionally takes place at the end of October. The World Series 2018 should start on October 23rd, a possible Game 7 is dated on October 31st. The first World Series was held in 1903.
The final series of MLB playoffs is called the World Series. The winner of the American League meets the champion from the National League, will be played in mode Best-of-Seven format. A finalist therefore needs four victories to crown himself the new World Champion.
If this happens before the decisive Game 7, the remaining games are superfluous and will not be played. The team with the better balance has home rights in the games 1 and 2 as well as in the possible games 6 and 7. The other franchise is allowed for it in Game 3, 4 and 5 hosts.
The DAZN streaming portal has secured the rights to the MLB before the 2017 season. So games of the playoffs and the complete World Series were shown. Also in 2018 DAZN is the right holder of the baseball broadcasts.

With 104 wins the Los Angeles Dodgers were the best team of the Regular Season, in the playoffs they lost only one game so far. The Astros won 101 games in the American League, but only prevailed against the New York Yankees in the decisive 7 game.
