LeBron pays homage to three football stars

LeBron James is asked about his favourite footballer – the NBA star mentions a few names – but one trio is particularly fond of him.

The sports stars have a little less to do these days than usual.

Because most of the competitions are suspended due to the corona crisis, there is more time for the fans.

An example: NBA superstar LeBron James took time out on the social media to answer questions from his followers.

One user wanted to know who the “King’s” favourite footballer was.

“First of all, all the players from Liverpool. Honestly,” said the Los Angeles Lakers professional with a grin.

It has to be said: It’s easy to understand the admiration for Jürgen Klopp’s team these days, but LeBron, as a shareholder in Liverpool FC, is also a bit biased.

But the US-American named other names as well, because he has several favourites: “Mbappé, Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo – these guys are legends, I love these guys”.

And again, “I love Cristiano Ronaldo, love Neymar, love Mbappé.” Who can blame him.
