BBL: Cruciate ligament rupture: Macvan is missing Bayern basketball players for a long time

Bayern Munich’s basketball players will have to give up the Serbian international Milan Macvan until the end of the season. The 28-year-old Power Forward won the 80:78 victory on Wednesday in the EuroCup at Zenit St. Petersburg a cruciate ligament rupture.

“Milan will be missing in the next few months. But he is now in the very best hands and the whole club as well as our medical department will make everything possible that he will come back strong”, said Bavaria’s managing director Marko Pesic.

In 2017, Macvan had come to Bayern from Italy’s top club Olimpia Milan, where he won 10.9 points in BBL.
