Boxing: Witali Klitschko before admission to the Hall of Fame

The former heavyweight world champion Vitali Klitschko (46) is accepted into the international Hall of Fame of the boxers.
The operators in Canastota, New York, announced on Tuesday that the Ukrainian will be honored for his successful career in June with ex-champions Erik Morales (Mexico) and Ronald Wright (USA).
Klitschko, mayor of Kiev since 2014, was a professional boxer from 1996 to 2013 and won 45 of his 47 fights, 41 of which were knocked out. In addition to Klitschko, his former promoter Klaus-Peter Kohl also gains access to the Hall of Fame.
The only German in the Hall of Fame is former heavyweight world champion Max Schmeling.
