Tour de France: The 5th stage today live on TV, live stream and live ticker

Today the Tour de France starts the 5th stage. Here you can find the most important information about the track profile and the transfer of the race.

The riders have to cover a distance of 204.5 kilometres on stage 5: from the start in Lorient to Quimper. They pass a total of five mountain classifications.

This year, the Tour de France can be seen on two free TV channels. Both ARD and Eurosport 1 will broadcast all races live. The first one, however, is only about halfway through a stage, before it is broadcast on the sister station One.

The most striking driver of the Tour de France so far is shooting star Fernando Gaviria. In his first tour participation he won two of the four stages so far (the 1st and 4th). On the second day Peter Sagan won the sprint, on the third day there was a team time trial in which BMC Racing won just ahead of Sky for superstar Chris Froome.
